Please fill out the form below.  By submitting the form you are agreeing to Wilkinson Center's privacy policy and certifying that the information provided is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge.  By enrolling you agree to abide by Adult Education Program policies, rules and regulations.  If you are 16 or 17 years of age, you must have written permission to participate in the program.  By submitting this form you agree to release all information to the Texas Workforce Commission in order to receive Adult Education and Literary Services.
